When daily data usage reaches 500MB, maximum upload and download speed for thereafter data access is 128kbps. Daily Charge is levied on a daily basis. There is no pro-rata calculation of Daily Charge even if Daily Pass is effective and terminated within the same day. A day means from 00:00 to 23:59 (Hong Kong time) wherever a Customer is and the cut-off time is 23:59 (Hong Kong time) each night, wherever a Customer is. Actual data transmission speed that Subscribers experience may vary due to internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
